Dill, Caraway & Cabbage:
A nod to the traditional flavors. The cabbage and carrot remind us of traditional sauerkraut and the earthy tones of fennel, caraway and dill seeds call to mind grandmama’s dill pickles. This is a great kraut for Reubens & Brats but is happy to stand on it’s own as well.
Ingredients: organic green cabbage, organic carrots, organic dill, fennel and caraway seeds, sea salt.

Beets, Hijiki & Kale:
Maybe it’s the deep purple color or the oceanic tang of the seaweed but this mix has a certain je ne sais quoi, that keeps people coming back for more. We jokingly call this “meat for vegans” for its powerful sanguine quality obviously full of mineral goodness that will keep you going and going or just give you a little energy if you are feeling less than 100 percent. Wonderful atop a summer salad, on a tuna sandwich or for a quick snack before taking over the world.
Ingredients: organic beets, organic kale, organic garlic, hijiki seaweed, sea salt.

Citrus & Ginger:
This is a lively and warming blend of the yin of lemon and the yang of ginger. Cleansing, great aid for digestion and for keeping colds at bay.
Ingredients: organic green cabbage, organic lemon, organic ginger, sea salt.
